Q1. IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Ans. Yes! COD is available for all orders at all serviceable pin codes.

Q2. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Ans. You will receive a confirmation on your registered email ID and phone number. Additionally, we will notify you once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Q3. ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

Ans. We charge a shipping fee of INR 100 on all orders below Rs. 999.

Q4. DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

Ans. Yes, we do. Please add products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see additional shipping and delivery charges based on your zip code and order shipping weight.

Q5. HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR PREPAID ORDERS?

Ans. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed based on your payment method. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If it doesn’t reflect, please contact your bank.

  • Note: If a promotional/coupon code was used during the purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to your bank account.

Q6. HOW DO I GET MY REFUND FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

Ans. Once the product(s) reach us and pass quality checks, a coupon code worth the order value will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. This coupon code can be used within a year.

Q7. MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED, BUT THE ORDER WASN'T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Ans. In most cases, the payment will automatically be credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. If this does not happen, please email your transaction details to us at support@thecomfydreams.com. We will verify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Q8. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

Q10. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Ans. Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please WhatsApp us at +91-9266989168 within 3 hours of placing the order.

Q11. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
