Shipping Policy

At The Comfy Dreams, we are committed to delivering your home decor products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and conditions for custom products.

Order confirmation and shipping:

  1. Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS, confirming your order.
  2. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and delivery can take 5-7 business days depending on location.
  3. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, once your order is shipped.  

For all COD orders, a customer care executive will call/WhatsApp you to confirm your order. In the absence of response/confirmation, your order will stand cancelled.

Order cancellation: 

  1. You can cancel/modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations. For any cancellations, please write to us at support@thecomfydreams.com and we will revert within 8-10 hours.
